Clear out the enemies and throw the bomb from the pillar into the statue on the left. Sprint to it, and up the wall to grab hold of the lever. Go through the newly opened door. Head forward now and you'll see a few crates in the left corner. Push one against the ledge with the door leading north and climb up.
Use the Beetle to throw the bomb from the pillar onto the crates to the right. Sprint jump across and climb up to find a small key. Head back to the previous room. Hop down and go left, through the locked door.
Type: Floating PufferfishGo left, following the path and across the conveyor belt. Climb up, turn right and use the Beetle to throw the bomb from the pillar onto the crate that blocks you from climbing up to the top level. Once that is cleared, go up the ladder, step on the switch and use the Beetle to activate the timeshift stone.
Type: Sentry MechKill the Beamos in front of you, sprint across the conveyor belt, kill the other Beamos. Now you'll have to sprint against the conveyor belt. You endure that by picking up the stamina fruit that come your way as you go. Once at the end, go right. A few steps farther and you'll have to do the same thing again. Once you cross it, kill the Beamos and pull the lever. Go back down and through the door.
Keep jumping around the right side, pushing the Froak into the rocks to blow them away. Make your way to the other end of the room and up the ladder, where you'll find the Gust Bellows.
Location: Lanayru Mining FacilityUsing the Gust Belows, clear out the platforms and make your way to the right. Once you get to the furthest platform, push off the block to create a shortcut in case you fall down and climb the ladder on the right. Clear the sand from the door and enter. Move the box to the side and hop all the way down, and across the pit. Enter the door on the left.
There is a box halfway covered in sand to your left, as well as a completely covered switch. Clean 'em both up with the bellows and push the box on top of the switch. Enter the newly opened door.
Make your way forward, then left, sprinting across the quicksand. Get to the platform in the corner, with the big mound of sand. Clear it up to reveal a timeshit stone, and activate it.
The platforms now can be moved using the bellows. By aiming at the right part of the fan (red) you move the platform in one direction, and hitting the left part (blue) moves it in the opposite one. Jump on the one in front of you and hit red to get across.
Spin the fan above the gate to open it, and kill the Beamos. Drop down at the end of the corridor in the new section.
Type: Floating Sentry DroneMove this platform to the right until it reaches the outjogged part of your ledge, so that you can hop on. Now move it back to where it was so that you can get to the other side. Climb up the ladder, but be mindful of the Beamos on top. Blow at the fan to open the door and enter. Kill the two Staldra, and push the block on the far side of the room onto the other side of its movement area.
Climb up and use the bellows to clear the sand from the timeshift stone inside of the cell with the chest. Activate it with your slingshot. Drop down once the room has shifted.
Defeat the armor and return up to get the map from the chest. Go through the door behind where the armos was initially standing, and you'll find yourself back in the central hub room. Hit the switch in front of you to open the gate and create a shortcut. Now look at your map - the path across the sand river is illustrated on it (That's why it's important to get the map from the previous room).
At the first juncture, there's a small ledge next to the wall with a sand mound. Blow it away to find a small opening. Crawl through the tunnel to find a Goddess Plume. Go back and continue across the sand river. A similar small ledge leading to yet another crawling tunnel is your destination.

Once you cross the mini-maze (Left at first juncture, straight ahead on second one, right on third one), you'll find yourself in a... sandy room. You have to find the switch, activate it, and get to the door on the other side. Carefully make your way through the room is the Gust Bellows, mind the spikes. The switch is roughly in the middle-left area of the room, below the biggest pile of sand. Once you go through the door, blow the sand off of the minecart and activate the timeshift stone.
Follow the minecart as it goes. On the first gate, destroy the Sentrobe, then open the gate is the bellows. In the next stretch you can avoid getting hit by the Beamos on the sides by taking cover behind the cart. Open up all the gates as the cart reaches them. At the, go left towards the big sand mound and clear it to reveal another mine cart.
Hit the timeshift stone and follow the cart. As it "revitalizes" the fan on the right wall, blow it with the bellows to open the door behind the Beamos. It might take you two passes of the minecart to do it. Enter the next room and make your way across the conveyor belt, but be careful of the air jets. Clear out the wall from the Aracha and climb up. Go up to the first air jet, then go right and position yourslf between the two air jets on the right. After it's clear, climb up the rest of the way.
Go right and throw bombs into the pots of the statues to make them fall over. Jump across, clear the sand off of the timeshift stone and activate it. Now go back, kill the Beamos and sprit across the conveyor belt. Watch out for the debris though. You'll have to run diagonally so that you both move forward and avoid being dragged down. Pull the lever to bring the platform over to your side, and use the bellows to get all the way to the other side. Throw bombs into the pots of the statues and note the number of robot pictures behind each.
Once you're done with the statues, push the newly reachable platform all the way along its path. Use the platform you got there on to now reach this new platform, and ride that to the top-most part of the room. Push the block to the side to unblock the ladder, but disregard those for now. Ride the platform on the other side along its path, pushing over the three statues as you go. You now have to hit the three switches in the order corresponding to their respective number on the other side of the room (Top - 1, Middle - 3 and Botom - 2) to open the gate to the next room.
Defeat the two Armos here and open the chest to get the Ancient Circuit.
Go back and down the ladder you unblocked earlier. Go past the Beamos on the left. You'll now have to run up a conveyor belt again. This time however, you have to deal with the air jets as well. It might seem tricky at first, but note that if you just run, without sprinting, you'll just stand in one place. This allows you to essentially stop in front of the air jet and wait for it to clear.
Go through the door, pop the timeshift crystal on the cart and follow it on the adjacent platform while minding the air jets. Position the key inside of the hold and enter the boss room.
Moldarach is a giant scorpion, a fully-matured Aracha that has dwelt in this facility for a thousand years. Its weak points are the "eyes" inside of its claws, which you can strike with your sword but only if you slice them down the middle, without hitting the armored pincers themselves. At first it will try to grab you with its claws - if it gets you, shake the Wii Remote and Nunchuk violently to break free - but if you deal enough damage you'll break its claws right off. Fortunately, you can tell when it's about to attack because the "eye" on one of its claws will glow a reddish hue. Once the boss is defeated proceed into the next chamber and hit the timeshift crystal on the platform suspended from the ceiling Ride the cart and enjoy the show.
