This guide details all the hidden locations of Skulltula Tokens in Ocarina of Time 3D. Head to the island indicated in the description and follow the listed instructions. Make sure you look for the Tokens during the specified time period (if applicable) - otherwise they won’t be available! When instructions make references to other guide content, follow the link for more details.
Location: Inside the Deku Tree (Child)
Prerequisites: Fairy Slingshot
In the room with the Compass (see Objective 3 of Inside the Great Deku Tree ), instead of leaping across to the ledge with the treasure chest after pressing the switch, hop instead to the ledge to the left. The Skulltula is within your arm’s reach on the back wall.

After you jump down to the lower level, take out the Skulltula hanging on the bars blocking the waterway with the Fairy Slingshot. Climb onto the nearby ledge and jump from there to reach the token.

After you jump down to the lower level, aim your Slingshot at the Skulltula hanging on the vines you can use to climb back up to the main floor. Climb the vines to reach the token.

As soon as you enter Castle Town, head into the door on the left and you’ll find yourself in a guardhouse full of jars. Break the crates at the far end of the room. One of them contains a Skulltula.

Use a rolling attack to ram into the tree on the pathway to the Hyrule Castle gate and a Skulltula will fall out of it.

Head out to the horse track. When you pass through the archway, there’s a tree on the left that contains a Skulltula. Ram it to knock it down.

There’s a Skulltula that hangs out on the gate to the stables at nighttime that you can easily reach with your sword.

There’s a Skulltula that hangs out on the back of the Know-It-All Brothers’ house at night that you can easily reach with your sword.

Prerequisites: Bottled Bug
Release a Bottled Bug nearby the soft patch of dirt right beside the forest shop and they’ll burrow into it, prompting a Skulltula to pop out.

From the entrance to the Lost Woods, head left and cross the Skull Kid’s meadow. You’ll emerge on a cliff overlooking the bridge that leads out of the forest. There’s a soft patch of dirt nearby that, if you drop a Bug nearby, will release a Skulltula.

From the entrance to the Lost Woods, head right, then right again, then left, and then left again. You’ll emerge in a small grove with another soft patch of dirt that you can coax a Skulltula out of with a Bug. The Forest Stage is hidden beneath this grove.

If you roll into the tree in the center of the village, a Skulltula will fall out.

There’s a Skulltula hanging out on the lookout tower’s ladder at night. Pick it off with your Slingshot and climb up the ladder to pick up the token.

Let loose a Bug nearby the soft sand here to release a Skulltula. You can reach the sand patch by heading along the left path from the graveyard’s entrance, then heading up to the hill on the left and making yet another left at the top.

After you destroy the boulder blocking the entrance to Dodongo’s Cavern, head down there with a Bottled Bug and release it nearby the patch of soft sand there to reveal a Skulltula.

In the southeast corridor that branches from the main room (see Objective 1 of Dodongo’s Cavern), there’s a fake wall along the right side of the hallway. Blow it up either with Bombs or with one of the Baby Dodongos’ explosions and you’ll reach a small hidden room. The Skulltula is creeping behind the Armos statue in this room.

After you lower the exploding stairs (see Objective 2 of Dodongo’s Cavern), shoot the Skulltula that’s hanging from the vines on the upper floor and climb up the vines to grab the token.

In the snaking corridor you pass through to reach the block you need to push to open the way to King Dodongo (see Objective 5 of Dodongo’s Cavern), there’s a fake wall inlaid into a small alcove on the far side of the room. Blow it up with a Bomb and the Skulltula will be waiting for you in the chamber beyond.

There’s a fake wall along the path leading from Kakariko Village up the mountain. Blow it up with your Bombs and you can “climb” up the wall here to reach the Skulltula.

There’s a boulder-filled room in the room to the northwest that you can reach from the top floor of the city. Bomb your way through the boulders and you’ll find a pair of crates, inside which you’ll find a Skulltula.

Once you reach the summit of Death Mountain, enter the large cave mouth. You’ll find yourself in the volcanic crater of the mountain. There’s a crate nearby the entrance that you can ram to reveal the Skulltula inside. It’s too hot in here for you to be able to survive for long, so hurry!

Ram the first tree you see upon entering the river area and a Skulltula will fall out.

Nearby Zora’s Waterfall, there’s a ladder that you can use to climb back up to the path if you fall down. At night there’s a Skulltula crawling around on it.

There’s a small shrine nearby the large island in the center of the lake. At night there’s a Skulltula hanging out on one of the pillars.

There’s a patch of soft sand right next to the Lakeside Laboratory. Release a Bug there and you’ll find a Skulltula in the dirt.

Leap down from the cliffside into the river below, trying to land as far north as you can so you can climb up onto the shore nearby. There’s a patch of soft sand right next to the young Gerudo and her cow that you can release a Bug nearby to prompt a Skulltula to attack.

Head to the shore on the far side of the lake here and ram the tree there to reveal a Skulltula.
Location: Inside Jabu-Jabu’s Belly (Child)

In the first room you enter after falling down to the lower levels (see Objective 1 of Inside Jabu-Jabu’s Belly), there’s a Skulltula hanging out on the climbable section of wall that you can pick off with your Slingshot. Work your way up the wall to collect the token.

When you fall down into the pit previously blocked by the green tentacle with Ruto on your way to the Big Octo, you’ll be able to reach two separate Skulltulas with your Boomerang. You can use the Boomerang to collect the tokens from afar.

In the room just outside Barinade’s chamber, there’s a Skulltula hanging out on the climbable wall on the far side of the room. You can easily reach it with your Boomerang.

Climb up onto the large log that you fell off of in the cutscene right before you got the Zora’s Sapphire. From there you can reach a Skulltula that hangs out on the nearby cliff wall at night with your Boomerang.

Back in the room with the Gohma Larvae hanging from the ceiling (see Objective 4 of Inside the Deku Tree), there’s an off-shooting room containing a Skulltula that you couldn’t previously reach without Bombs.

Nearby the tower where you found Heart Piece 2, there’s a Skulltula that hangs out on the cliff wall at nighttime that you can reach with your Boomerang.

There’s a Skulltula that hangs out on one of Talon’s windows at night that you can grab with your Boomerang.

Head along the bridge behind the Lakeside Laboratory at night and you’ll spot a Skulltula hanging out on the wall of the lab that you can nab with your Boomerang.

Nearby the gravestone you pulled to reach Heart Piece 6, there’s a Skulltula that hangs out on the wall at night that you can collect with your Boomerang.
Location: Dodongo’s Cavern

Back in the room with the exploding stairs where you found Skulltula Token 20, there’s an alcove at the opposite side of the room with a Skulltula that you can reach from afar with the Boomerang.

At the entrance to Gerudo Valley, there’s a small bridge that passes by a tiny waterfall. A Skulltula hangs out there at night, and you can catch it with your Boomerang.

There’s a tree between Kakariko Village and Hyrule Castle that, if you place a Bomb at its base, reveals a hidden grotto. The Skulltula is creeping around inside of this grotto.

There’s a circle of stones overlooking the field nearby the entrance to Gerudo Valley. Place a Bomb in the center of the circle and it’ll open a hidden grotto. Inside, use Din’s Fire to burn through the spiderwebs so you can explore the cavern nooks beyond. One of them houses a Skulltula.

There’s a Skulltula that hides in the corner behind the former Hyrule Castle gate that you can reach with your Hookshot.

There’s a Skulltula that hides on top of the House of Twins at night that you can hit with your Hookshot.

If you planted a Magic Bean in the small grove where you found Skulltula Token 10, you can ride the sprout up to a ledge where you’ll find the Skulltula.

Once you make it through Sacred Forest maze, you can climb on top of the maze walls to pick off a Skulltula that hangs out along one of the cliff walls at night.

In the very first room, if you climb the vines to your right there’ll be a Skulltula hanging in wait. You can shoot it with your Hookshot from the nearby treetop.

Once you reach the central chamber of the temple, there’s a Skulltula hidden on the right side of the northern alcove.

If you use the Hookshot on the chest to reach the a raised ledge on the small island in the northeast forested chamber, you can reach a Skulltula.

After you drop down into the hole in the twisted room, leap onto the marble ledge and follow it until you’re close enough to pick off the Skulltula with your Hookshot.

In the chamber leading to the boss room, as you rotate the chamber there’s a small room containing a Big Skulltula and a Gold Skulltula.

There’s a Skulltula that hangs out on the back of the hanging pedestal in the center of the city. Nab its token with your Hookshot.

As Child Link, play the Bolero of Fire to warp to the Death Mountain Crater. There’s a patch of soft sand you can bait a Skulltula out of using a bottled Bug.

Play the Song of Time to manipulate the Time Block at the left side of the first major lava chamber (see Objective 2 of the Fire Temple). Climb on top of the Time Block to reach a green room where you’ll be attacked by spinning floor tiles. Kill the Like Like at the far side of the room and get the Skulltula sitting on the wall behind it.

In the labyrinth chamber, if you head to the northeast corner there’s a fake wall you can Bomb to find a Skulltula.

On your way to grab the Boss Key, there’s a green room like the one for Skulltula Token 56 that contains a Skulltula.

On your way down the mountain from the summit, there’s a reddish boulder you can smash with the Megaton Hammer to reveal a Skulltula at night.

Nearby the Bomb Flower you used to blow open Dodongo’s Cavern, there’s another reddish rock you can break with the Megaton Hammer to unearth a Skulltula, but only at night.

Once you reach the approach to Zora’s Waterfall, you can leap down into the river and take the left branch to reach a ladder to the highest spot in the river valley. From there you can shoot a Skulltula that appears on the cliff face at night.

If you climb up to the top of the frozen waterfall, you can shoot a Skulltula that appears nearby at nighttime with your Hookshot.

In the room with the spinning ice fan (see Objective 2 of the Ice Cavern) there’s a Skulltula chilling out on the northwest wall.

In the room with the ice blocks, there’s a Skulltula hanging out on the wall behind one of the bottomless pits.
Location: Lakeside Laboratory (Adult)

Sink to the bottom of the tank in the Lakeside Laboratory at Lake Hylia with your Iron Boots and break open the crate to reveal a Skulltula. You’ll need your Hookshot to kill it in order to grab the token.

Once you emerge on top of the maze walls in Objective 3 of the Fire Temple, if you have the Scarecrow’s Song you can summon Bonooru and Hookshot up to him. From there, use the Hookshot to reach an elevator that takes you up to a secret room. Climb up the grating here until you find the Skulltula waiting on the wall.

After nabbing Skulltula Token 67, climb up the grating to reach another door leading to another secret chamber. This Skulltula is chilling out on the wall immediately to your left as you enter.

Midway down the southeast corridor branching from the central chamber in the caverns (across from Gold Skulltula 19), Navi will fly up to an unreachable ledge and turn green. That’s your cue to summon Pierre with the Scarecrow’s Song and use the Hookshot to climb up to him and nab a Skulltula Token.

Fully drain the water level and head down the first floor south passage. Bomb the cracked floor at the end of the hallway to reveal a secret passage to a hidden chamber. In this next room, climb up onto the platform and approach the gate on the far side of the chamber. Use a charged Spin Attack to hit the crystal switch on the other side of the gate to open it, revealing the Skulltula. NOTE: This switch has moved in the 3DS version. You’ll see it nearby as you approach the gate.

Sink to the bottom of the underground river once you round the first bend and point your Longshot at the wall to nab a Skulltula Token.

Use your Longshot to ascend to the top of the central structure in the main chamber of the temple and defeat the Skulltula there to get another token.

As you approach the room where the Boss Key is hidden, pick off the Skulltula hiding behind the waterfall that spills into the waterway. It’s right above the tunnel you need to sink down into to get to the key.

Look in the west room on the third floor for a Skulltula that was out of range of your Hookshot, but now is easily within reach of your Longshot.

Climb out of the Hyrule Castle moat and play the Song of Storms nearby the tree there to reveal a secret grotto. Blast through the fake walls here - one of them hides a Skulltula.

Once you have a Small Key from the Bottom of the Well, approach the northwest locked door inside the center of the main chamber and there’ll be a Skulltula waiting for you inside.

Once you have a Small Key from the Bottom of the Well, approach the northeast locked door inside the center of the main chamber. Use the Lens of Truth to spot the real walkway and follow it around to an alcove hiding another Skulltula.

Use the third Small Key on the room at the extreme northeast corner of the dungeon and get past the obstacles to find a Skulltula waiting for you at the end of the corridor. Watch out for the Like Like!

Longshot up to the top of the tree on the large island where the warp point for the Serenade of Water is found at night and kill the Skulltula there for a token.

From the bridge you cross right before you reach Zora’s Waterfall you can use the Longshot to nab a Skulltula in the middle of the night.

Use the Longshot to latch onto the roof of Impa’s House, where you’ll find a Skulltula lurking about at night.

Once you find the Stalfos at the end of the guillotine gauntlet, head left across the invisible platforms and you’ll reach a hidden room. Inside there’s an invisible spinning scythe trap, a Like Like, and a number of Keese. Kill the Like Like and Keese to open the gate blocking the way to the Skulltula.

In the room with the stone umbrella puzzle, there’s a Gold Skulltula waiting for you in the cell to the south. Block the falling spike traps with the stone cube to protect yourself so you can get inside.

In the first room with the flaming skull, look for a Gold Skulltula behind the skull and poke it with your Longshot.

Once you’ve reached the ferry of the dead, look up at an alcove in the southwest corner of the room and play the Scarecrow’s Song to summon Pierre. Use your Longshot to reach him and retrieve the Gold Skulltula hidden there.

There’s also a Skulltula hiding behind the second set of flaming skulls.

There’s a Skulltula that hangs out on the large stone pillar to the south of the carpenters’ tent at night. Reign it in with your Longshot.

If you can make it up to the highest part of the fortress at night, there’s a Skulltula along the cliff face that you can pierce with your Hookshot.

The northmost target at the Horseback Archery Training area will house a Skulltula at night that you can only reach with your Longshot. You can’t access the training area without being a member of the Gerudo clan.

Drop down into the stone structure in the center of the wastes at night and there’ll be a Skulltula lying in wait.

On one of the palm trees nearby the oasis spring, you’ll find a Skulltula at night.

Prerequisites: Requiem of Spirit, Bottled Bug
As a child, warp to the Desert Colossus using the Requiem of Spirit and uncork a Bug nearby the soft sand by the entrance to the Spirit Temple. A Skulltula will pop out and attack you.

Look for a Skulltula waiting on the grating in the first room where you found a Small Key in the Spirit Temple and pick it off with your Boomerang.

At the staircase leading up to the Iron Knuckle’s room, use the Boomerang to snag a Skulltula hanging out on the wall right above the entrance.

Toss aside the gray stone nearby the Great Fairy Fountain where you found Farore’s Wind and head into the secret cave underneath. Fight your way past the invisible Skulltulas here and climb up to a ledge overlooking the whole Fountain area. There’s a Gold Skulltula waiting in this alcove.
Location: Desert Colossus (Adult)

If you plant a Magic Bean in the soft sand nearby the entrance to the Spirit Temple as a child, it’ll have sprouted here when you’re an adult. Ride the sprout over to a plateau where you’ll find the Skulltula perched at night.

One of the alcoves in the room with the rolling boulders hides a Gold Skulltula.

Stand at the top of the stairs at the west side of the room and play the Scarecrow’s Song to summon Pierre. From there, it’s a simple matter of whipping out your Longshot to get over to the spot where the last Skulltula of the game awaits.
