Update: Yoshi Wii U Gameplay Footage Released via Nintendo Direct

Nobody saw this coming! Another game in the style of Kirby’s Epic Yarn—but starring Yoshi instead? It’s great to have another Yoshi console game again. I can hardly believe it’s been 15 years since the last! It looks promising, and I’m sure we’ll get a release date soon. Yoshi really is well fit for the yarn style, though I hope it’s just an aesthetic similarity and the gameplay is vastly different from Kirby’s adventure.What are your thoughts? Excited to see a less blubbery dinosaur?
