The other day, there was a press release for the upcoming and debut video game based on Pen Ward’s highly-successful series Adventure Time.The press release gave us the title for the game, Adventure Time: Hey Ice King! Why’d you steal our garbage?!, and some subject-to-change boxart. However, the press release also mentioned both the Nintendo DS and 3DS.
When I read this I mistook this as just a compatibility reminder, since all DS games can run on the 3DS, and I assumed that there was only one version of the game. However, I am now happy to retract that statement, as the game’s developers, Wayforward, will be releasing two versions of the game: one for the DS and one for the 3DS.
