Still holding out on a 3DS but hesitant about the price of the XL? If so, Walmart has a deal that could be up your alley. If you buy a 3DS at one of the stores or online, it will cost you $160. To put this in perspective, it is $10 less than the normal price, and $40 less than the 3DS XL.
As such, it doesn’t seem like the best deal for hardcore gamers, but it could definitely help Walmart clear their inventory and sell more to the casual crowd. On top of that, the 3DS XL looks like it will go over well with people already invested in the handheld, so it’s really a win-win for the chain.
