• 1313On GT TV, host Geoff Keighley just interviewed a few of the developers from Lucasarts, who explained a little bit about their latest project, Star Wars 1313.  Said to be the first in a new spinoff franchise, 1313 is a third person action game taking place on the planet Coruscant.  The player takes on the role of a bounty hunter, fighting criminal scum and other bounty hunters for fame and fortune.

But gameplay isn’t the only exciting announcement Lucasarts made.  The game will be using an advanced motion capture system that translates even the smallest of motions, such as eye movement.  It is supposedly similar to the technology used for Mark Ruffalo’s portrayal of The Hulk in The Avengers.  No actual footage from the game was shown, though, as the game’s debut trailer is slated for June 4th- this Monday- at E3.  No word on a Wii U release yet, but it sounds like a safe bet.  If you’ve ever wanted to play Boba Fett, this should be the game for you.
