If you’ve been following the Super Smash Bros. Brawl mod project called Project M, a fan effort to retool Brawl to play more like Melee as well as adding in a bunch of other custom features and options, you’ll know that they’ve put out some pretty impressive stuff. If you’re a fan of Skyward Sword, this latest creation might just knock your socks off: Project M has built a custom stage based on Skyloft.I’ve suggested that Skyloft should appear in the next Smash Bros. game in a recent article, so I’m particularly giddy. It’s one of my favorite locales in any video game ever. While it’s not quite the super-ambitious take we’d expect from an official stage, it’s still very faithful to the aesthetics and to the location itself.
