Rumor: New Resident Evil For 3DS?

According to the polish website MWRC, we will be seeing a new Resident Evil title for the Nintendo 3DS. The website states that UK publication Digital Spy allegedly posted an article concerning this, but was later pulled (perhaps because of an angry Capcom?). Remembering the fact that Resident Evil: Revelations was just released, I find this difficult to believe—so take it with a grain of salt.
The article also states the following information concerning the game: it will be titled Resident Evil: Downfall and will take place between Resident Evil 5 and Resident Evil 6. The player would control Miss Claire Redfield as she witnesses the downfall of humanity.
