The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons and The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages may not be your go-to thought when you hear "Zelda," but they are some darn fine games nonetheless. Some would go so far to call them the best top-down Zelda games yet. Not too long ago, Nintendo announced the rerelease of both classic Game Boy Color titles for the 3DS's Virtual Console service, and two weeks ago they gave us two new trailers to boot!
Oracle of Seasons and Oracle of Ages take our favorite green-clad hero to new different lands called Holodrum and Labrynna, respectively. Depending on which version you get (if not both) you'll be enjoying a game rife with action, puzzles, collectibles, and plot, among other things. Perhaps the most famous feature of the Oracle games is its password system, which allows players to transport items between games and even unlock the duology's true ending.
Don't forget that Oracle of Seasons and Oracle of Ages release for Virtual Console through the 3DS eShop on May 30th, which is just two days away. Are you going to be picking up one of these fun-filled Game Boy Color classics?
