Rejoice! You Can Update Games on the Wii U While Playing

This is a nifty feature I totally forgot to mention yesterday, but when you first put in any of the launch games they require their own update (likely to include the online features). I know seems like a hassle, but you can launch the software while downloading the update, which will apply itself while you’re playing the game. This means the update in no way makes you wait to play!Some PC games have featured this before. World of Warcraft, for example, allows you to play while the game is still downloading, but I don’t recall seeing this on a console level. I knew you could choose to not update a game on the other consoles to play, but I have never seen an option to play while the update is downloading and installing. For all the issues people are reporting, it’s important to note the little things Nintendo snuck in there that no one is talking about.
