UPDATED Nintendo E3 2012: New Super Mario Bros. U

Straight from Nintendo’s E3 Press Conference, we now have confirmation of New Super Mario Bros. U, a 2D scrolling Mario platformer.
In the game, one player can use the GamePad to control Mario, while other players (up to 4) can use Wii Remotes to aid Mario in his journey.
A couple of features noticed in the trailer are a floating Yoshi and a Squirrel Mario to name a few. Here’s the trailer.
