Microsoft E3 2012: Tomb Raider Gameplay Footage

The Microsoft presentation is still under way, and it’s Crystal Dynmaics’ turn.
The Crystal Dynamics team is currently showcasing their upcoming Tomb Raider title. However, rather than just replaying the trailer they showed on Spike TV the other day, they are showing an extended look at some of the title’s gameplay.
The footage is taking a look at Lara Croft’s arsenal of weapons as she must fight her way out of some fairly hazardous environments and past some shady dudes. Not only are their various guns to choose from, but Lara also has access to a bow and arrow, which she can then shoot flaming arrows with.
The clip seamlessly leads from her shooting bad guys, to struggling down a river, leading directly into a cutscene. The cutscene then switches out into a glider mode, before going back into a cutscene and then gameplay again.
DLC will be available first on Xbox 360.
This game is looking really great; it’s a shame it’s not coming out on the Wii U.
