Microsoft E3 2012: Resident Evil 6 Gameplay Trailer

The Microsoft presentation is still going, and it’s time for a little Capcom. A gameplay trailer for Resident Evil 6, is currently being shown, and it looks pretty sweet.
Not only does it feature all the classic gameplay and tropes that series is known for, but it features an improved seemless flow between gameplay and cutscenes. The city that the players are making their way through is also fairly dynamic. During the course of this short video, we see our protagonists moving between street combat, fighting classic zombies in an abandoned building, running from a exploding gas fire, and flying a crashing helicopter.
While the Resident Evil 6 team does not have any current plans to bring this game to the Wii U, I certainly hope they decide to in the end. The Resident Evil series has found a home on the 3DS, and I’d love them to do the same with the Wii U for this gorgeous and gory title.
