Microsoft E3 2012: New Media Channels/Applications

Microsoft has debuted a new series of media channels/applications to be viewable on its Xbox 360 system (enhanced with Kinect). This includes Nickelodeon, Paramount, Univision, NHL, NBA, and all ESPN channels. Most interestingly, Machinima is now receiving a major applet channel along with these other companies - a real fusion of online entertainment with traditional television entertainment. What could this mean for the future of gaming as a multimedia entertainment hub? Stay tuned as we update with more infromation.
