IGN Shows Us The HD Difference for New Super Mario Bros. U Vs. it’s Wii Predecessor

Been waiting to see what the big deal is with a game that “already exists on the Wii”? Well, many people aren’t sold that New Super Mario Bros. U is worth a day one purchase, but after seeing this video it’s at least piqued my interest a bit more. It’s not just that the HD visuals look better, it’s that they are much more vibrant in color… and extremely sharp. Showing us Wii owners what we’ve really been missing this past generation.
In fact, it only makes me want to see even more Nintendo games in the future, as I am now genuinely excited to see the HD era of Nintendo begin. Do you see the differences? Are you excited for New Super Mario Bros. U?
