A Gamestop release sheet obtained by The Verge states that some of the games confirmed to be launch window will be released on November 14th. These could be placeholders, but I think it’s likely the Wii U will come out around this time.The list does have some issues though. For example, some titles are listed for a placeholder date of January 1st, 2013, and some games are listed as being $99.00, such as New Super Mario Bros. U, which obviously isn’t true. So take this rumor with a grain of salt. Retailers are infamous for placeholders. Nintendo will officially announce launch details for the Wii U this September.
At this point I think it’s a given that the Wii U will be released around the November-ish timeframe, so if this rumor is true, it doesn’t really surprise me.
