EA Confirms Dead Space 3

Dead Space, it’s a horror shooter that’s not really horrifying at all, but I love it anyways. A while back rumors were making their way all across the web stating that Dead Space 3 was in development and EA has just confirmed that, yes, Dead Space 3 is in development and it will be shown at E3 next week on June 4th at the publisher’s press conference.

Instead of going through facilities in space like the USG Ishimura and the Sprawl, we’ll instead be venturing out through a more open and ice infested planet. Rumors of co-op in the title seem to be all but confirmed, seeing as a new character, Sergeant John Carver, has just been revealed. Given EA’s love for the Wii U, we hope to see DS3 release on Nintendo’s new console.

Screenshots of Dead Space 3 have leaked, but unfortunately, they’re rather small.
