Local forum member and admittedly new fan of our site, Subrosia, is responsible for the creation of the amazing Magic the Gathering cards pictured above. While obviously not official and thus not usable in regulation play, they are still pretty neat in their own right. Having learned how to play the game last year, I'm proud to say I actually understand what's written on the cards. Hop inside to see more.

The Link pictured isn't the Hero of Time, though...

Zoras doesn't have an apostrophe... And that Master Sword's pretty damn broken- should be Mythic Rare and cost a pretty mana more to be anywhere near fair...

But the concept's pretty damn awesome and they're pretty :)

No offense, but I'd like to know whatever process was used in creating these cards if it ends up with /spellchecker marks/ present in the final copy.

I do likes me some grammars.

I hate when people who have no sense how to balance cards makes them and then they get some public attention. I've been playing since 1995, and it's really not hard to figure out a basic formula for what is good and what's broken. I enjoy making anime and video game sets to share with my friends using MSE, and these are all either broken or useless.

@Jackofhearts....
These cards arent meant to be "balanced" or perfected. I merely made them for fun. So step off your high horse.

Great job, they look amazing!

Oh hey, thanks for stealing stuff I did back in 2007.

Only my cards made sense within the context of the game.

How is Ganon both unblockable and has trample? A creature has to be blocked for trample to take effect.

Guys, cards aren't meant to be serious, and there are plenty of extremely OP cards in magic - known better as the "i win" cards, which are completely and utterly stupid.

Look, these cards were made for fun, so just have fun with it! ANd Jestergoblin, you have one Zelda card, and your not the only person to ever imagine making their own cards. :)

Guys just relax and enjoy.

Yeah, its not like I planned on calling Wizards of The Coast and registering these cards as real. And as far as the "trample, unblockable" there are cards that can block "unblockable" cards. Stupid, I know but they do exists. and Jester, I didnt steal anything.......

If you scrolled down, you'd see the text for dozens of more cards, because the text is more important than the image.

But from what I've gathered from this site in my short time here, you don't seem to care much about what other people think. Why else would your forum's term for a new poster be "Gaymer?" Keeping it classy guys.

When you don't like em, MAKE YOUR OWN! >_>

Seriously... I was rather aggravated by the original posted cards for some reason... then just started making my own.

http://www.vgrc.net/2006/08/10-terms-created-by-the-tech-and-gaming-community-that-piss-me-off.html

It's a term coined by the gay community that is completely and utterly uneeded, and we have it for "newbie" because were making fun of the fact the term was coined at all. It was completely unneeded.

We care greatly for people's opinions, just not when they are getting so serious about it. Your bashing the cards, and sure as a magic player rightfully so, but that also means that to bash them in that light (I am a magic player myself) means you need to take them for more then what they really are: A fun thing to do. The cards are not made with the intent on actual use: You make yours with that intent (hence the focus on the text). These were made just for fun.

There is a difference. While I do care about people's opinions, you're becoming the stereotypical overreactor. The cards were never meant to be serious, and your acting like they are.

More hath been uploaded.

Holy shit people chill out. These are clearly for fun. You are all taking this way to seriously.
