Using the insanely versatile Autodesk Maya and its character rigging plug-in The Setup Machine 2, programmer and character animator Alan Warner-Grieve created this short confrontation between Link, Princess Zelda, and Ganondorf using models from Twilight Princess and World of Warcraft. This is far from new, but always nice to watch.
Except if something in it was tweaked... I wouldn't notice, I saw it 'long' ago.
This is just too amazing for me to describe it in one word. This is the first time I've seen this and it's just... wow...
lolololol Ocarina of Time sound effects with Twilight Princess models.
I think that's the first thing I noticed, sadly.
Thanks for bringing this up, it's been a long time since I've watched this, I recently remembered it and spent the last few days tracking it down, It's truly amazing though, the video and the fact that the Twilight Princess models sound better with the Ocarina of Time sound effects.
Good job for student work, but the spacing and the timing were off in the animation. I liked how they pushed the model rigs further than Nintendo did, but I wish they pushed it just a little further on the extremes and breakdowns. Something they could easily fix in their spare time, not that they are not rushed by a deadline.... yeah i'm an animator, sorry.
@bre, you ever done anything zelda related?
who ever made this is a fuckin piece of shit u fuckin nerd face. hahaha. ur mom bitches
I remember seeing something very similar to this a few years ago... but it used TP sound effects, and the facial animation wasn't nearly as good.
