When people think of The Legend of Zelda, three things probably come to their minds: Link, his funny green dress, and The Master Sword. As a part of The Armory, a video collection of the greatest video game weapons of all-time, ScrewAttack payed tribute to the legendary weapon that has become synonymous with the baning of all things evil.
It was first introduced in A Link to the Past, and has reappeared in virtually every Zelda title since then. As long as big, green, evil guys keep showing up to kidnap small, white, innocent princesses, it will likely continue to do so in the future.

The Master Sword is sitting pretty alongside some truly elite company here; other entries in the series include the paint brush fromMario Paint Okami, the Portal Gun from Portal, the BFG from Doom and the Farsight from Perfect Dark.

Yeah, I know, I hate that gun almost as much as I hate my friend using the Rocket Launcher. He waits till our enemies are up against a wall with me in between him and them and him close to us and then fires, which results in a huge explosion that kills everyone (including us since we're so close).
